LTC Strategic Solutions will assist your facility with developing solid systems that help in self-identification of potential risk areas. This proactive approach involves all facility leaders and results in improved survey outcomes.
Our Consultants have the knowledge base needed to assist facilities and identify their areas of risk for regulatory citations – both in the Skilled Nursing setting and the Assisted Living setting.
Our Mock Survey process includes teaching your staff during the survey when deficient practices are identified. A final comprehensive report is provided to the facility following completion of the Mock Survey. Completing an action plan that meets state and Federal requirements is provided in cooperation with your facility team.
LTC Strategic Solutions has developed policies that encompass the regulatory requirements for facilities. Data reporting and tracking is incorporated into the Infection Control Program. We also have experience in managing Focus Infection Control Surveys and are ready to assist your facilities team.

At LTC Strategic Solutions we have hands-on knowledge and extensive experience in the total operation of facilities. With over 40 years of combined experience in working and owning many nursing homes and assisted living facilities, Ken and Linda have a lot of wisdom and insight to bring to the table.
Linda Klaasmeyer
Linda has many years of experience in the long-term care field including skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Registered Nurse
- Consultant Nurse for numerous skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
- State monitor of remedies imposed by the State of Nebraska following repeated substandard State surveys
- Previous Regional Vice President of major nursing home chain, supervising 25 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in Nebraska.

Ken Klaasmeyer
Ken has many years of experience in health care including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and hospitals.
- Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Minnesota
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
- Previous Vice President of Planning and Marketing with a health system in Omaha, NE also President of a PHO with 850 physicians and 3 hospitals
- Previously a Faculty Member Creighton University in Omaha, NE – teaching Strategic Planning in the Master’s Program
- Specialty Areas: Over-all facility operations, Finance, Marketing and Planning, Managed Care Contacting, Health Reform Iniatives
Our History
LTC Strategic Solutions was established in 2007 as a subsidiary company of Klaasmeyer & Associates, Inc. We have successfully partnered with nursing facilities and assisted living facilities throughout the Midwest.
Ken and Linda Klaasmeyer, the owners of LTC Strategic Solutions, each having over 40 years of experience in the health care industry have the hands-on experience and knowledge as owner operators to help you make the necessary improvements to your facility.
